NGCU Academic Programs

Discover education that transcends borders and adapts to your future.

Flexible Education for a Global World

New Generation Corporate University (NGCU) offers distinctive programs for their accessibility, flexible payment plans, and our policy of recognizing credits from qualified institutions and, under strict criteria, from life experience. The diversity in course delivery – online, synchronous (live sessions), and asynchronous (content available on the portal) – complements this approach. Additionally, many of our programs are available in English, French, and Portuguese.

Here, you will find all the information about our programs in different areas and levels. Select each level to access basic details, and then explore the specific programs, where you will find general information and the course units that compose them.

Information on Credits and Recognition

NGCU's credit transfer policy allows the acceptance of credits (ECTS) obtained from universities, colleges, or seminars of other institutions, subject to the approval of the Academic Department after evaluating the students' academic records. We give preference to courses taken at institutions recognized within the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) and internationally.

For the acceptance of transferred credits, a minimum grade of 4.0 (on the Swiss scale of 6.0) or an equivalent ECTS grade ("C" or higher) is required. NGCU may grant a specific number of ECTS credits per course unit, limited to a reasonable percentage of the total ECTS credits required for the completion of the student's program, in accordance with Swiss and European standards.

NGCU respects the autonomy of each institution to accept or decline the transfer of credits. Thus, the acceptance of credits transferred from NGCU is the responsibility of the receiving institution, and it is the student's responsibility to confirm if their credits will be accepted by the institution of their choice.

Our credit unit is based on the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS). One ECTS credit corresponds to 25-30 hours of student workload (including classes, individual study, assignments, etc.). A standard course unit at NGCU generally equals 3 to 6 ECTS.

NGCU, upon validation, confirmation, and evaluation by the Academic Coordinator, may grant credits for life experience (Reconnaissance des acquis de l'expérience - RAE) to students who are at least 30 years old, provided the following criteria are met:

  • The prior experience must be equivalent to the learning level of the program in which the student is enrolling.
  • The prior experience must demonstrate a balance between theory and practice.
  • The credit granted must be directly related to the student's curriculum.
  • At the Bachelor's level, up to 30 ECTS can be granted for life experience.
  • At the Master's level, up to 15 ECTS can be granted for life experience.
