Steps for Application
Application
Complete the Enrollment Act sent by email from the NGCU Student Services Department, sign and scan the document.
Documentation
Send the Enrollment Act to info@ngcuniversity.ch with all necessary documents attached or send them by post.
Evaluation
Upon receipt of the Enrollment Act and document copies, verification will be carried out. Official academic transcripts must be sent directly from the university in a sealed envelope.
Payment
Make the payment for the Application and Enrollment fee of CHF 297.00 (CHF 40.00 Application + CHF 110.00 Registration - non-refundable + CHF 147.00 Evaluation - refundable).
Enrollment
Upon approval, you will be enrolled and receive a welcome letter, the Catalog, Student Handbook, and access to the Student Portal. Your Student ID Card will be sent by mail.

Tuition and Fees Refund Policy
Students who wish to withdraw from NGCU may be entitled to a refund by submitting the "Cancellation Request Form". All refunds follow this schedule:
- The Application Fee (CHF 40.00) and Registration/Processing fees (CHF 110.00) are non-refundable.

A 100% refund of tuition and the Evaluation Fee (CHF 147.00) for withdrawals up to one week after submitting the Act. After that period, the scale is:
- Second week: 80%
- Third week: 60%
- Fourth week: 40%
- Fifth week: 20%
- Sixth week: 0%
- All refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Discounts and Scholarships
We offer a limited number of internal scholarships and the following discounts:
- 10% for religious ministers (with certificate of ordination).
- 10% for alumni who enroll in a new program within 24 months.
- 15% for couples enrolling simultaneously (applied to one program).
